RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

Return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. To make a return, you need to contact our manager and inform about your intentions by filling out a written application, a scanned copy of which should be sent to the e-mail specified on the Contacts page. Returns can be made if the product is in its original condition, the packaging is intact, and there are no signs of installation or use.

Rules for returning goods

if the product has not been used;

its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;

the payment document with the date of sale is preserved.

Consumer rights upon termination of the purchase and sale agreement:

settlements with the consumer are made based on the cost of the product at the time of purchase;

the money paid for the product is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the agreement;

if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the agreement - at another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than within seven days.

When returning a product of proper quality, the Buyer pays all costs for delivering the product to the Seller's warehouse.
